We understand emergencies happen, but after the first no show we will require you to use a credit card to secure future appointments.  A 24-hour notice is appreciated to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late arrivals will receive a shortened treatment or will be rescheduled.  Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to be able to prepare for your experience.

Please inform the technician of any medical conditions that may contraindicate a particular treatment.

CHILDREN

We love children, but in order for you and other clients to receive the full spa experience, we ask you to not bring your children to the spa.
